Four ways iCare partners with North Carolina families to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

In-Home ABA Therapy

We bring expert care into the comfort of your home. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work under licensed North Carolina Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver care plans that meet each care recipient’s unique goals.

Caregiver Training

Families and informal help are a key part of success. Our caregiver coaching sessions build everyday skills — from communication to conflict resolution — so families feel confident and supported.

Telehealth ABA Services

We’re here to support your family in the way that works best for you. In some cases, Applied Behavior Analysis services can be provided through telehealth — depending on the care recipient’s needs and insurance coverage.

Insurance & Payment

We work with North Carolina Medicaid and most major insurers. Our care coordinators handle the paperwork — from verifying eligibility to managing ongoing approvals — so you don’t have to.
